Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the applicable delivery period, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. 7. Cancellations and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within the applicable cancellation period. For most eligible goods, this period is 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Returned products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
